The Green Shirt Program is practical and theory based umpiring program designed to assist Associations to develop beginner umpires to learn all of the rules, skills and techniques required to be able to officiate the game of Netball.
A ‘Green Shirt’ identifies that the beginner umpire is learning and ensures they are easily recognisable and supported on their learning journey.
